I am truly proud as I am sure you are by this post that you are truly your father's son!

Grace & Peace,

Bob Demyanovich
Royal Oak, MichiganRight2Communicatehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04237095281471304458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1230897537717963120.post-5116176028223645132010-08-18T12:06:58.536-07:002010-08-18T12:06:58.536-07:00Right on, Stewie. But I was too young and too busy, too rushed to do so. But much of what you wrote about the Big Man applied very well to my stoic, quiet, unassuming but incredibly strong father. Thanks for writing this. I saw an awful lot of my Dad in yours, and I'm going to miss him very much.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08552274740637605955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1230897537717963120.post-70280100264660427852010-08-18T12:04:24.328-07:002010-08-18T12:04:24.328-07:00Stew, this was one of the greatest things I've...Stew, this was one of the greatest things I've ever read. I completely relate to your feelings, having lost my dad in 2001. I felt like an orphan, a ship without a rudder..and yes, it gets worse before it gets better. I couldn't watch the family movies for a while, couldn't hear that voice, but now...they are a source of joy for me to see.
Your dad was a great guy, and it's awesome that his legacy is going to live on in Saginaw, but also it will live on in you, your siblings and your children. You'll see him there, through the next few years, in so many many ways.
You'll hear his voice so many many times
I wish you peace, I know that it will come eventually, with time. Take care, friend.Roxannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09043235043791524368noreply@blogger.com
